So we have been debating getting the kids a puppy for their birthdays. We are even thinking of getting them a little weenie dog like the one in the video. Our friends the Porter's are graciously letting us take care of their dog, Maggie, while they are out of town this week. So far the kids have done well...and as you can see Maggie brings out some pretty cute laughter or should I say squeals.

How precious! We have a dachshund named Lucy. In fact we've had two dachshunds, and they are such good dogs! Getting a puppy now that will grow up with the kids will ensure a wonderful bond between all of them. I'm sure you guys will love the experience if that's what you choose to do. :)
