This past year, I have been thankful for moments. It's why I do photography on the side...I love capturing moments for others and feel blessed when I capture them for myself. So here are a few moments I am thankful for over the past year.

May 1st, my brother deployed to Iraq. I posted this picture because right before I took it he was trying to hold in a laugh while saying, "I am trying to get in the zone." Still a funny guy even when faced with leaving his family and friends behind.
Saying goodbye...hugging my mom...but I love this picture even more for capturing my dad in the background.
Mother's Day...these guys are the best things that have ever happened to me outside of meeting their daddy.

A Thanksgiving celebration with my parents and brother...Jame was home for two weeks this month and we were able to spend some time with him.
