I think we are all well now. Today was Wyatt's last day on the antibiotic and Maddie is just as chipper as ever. Hopefully we all can stay well for a while.
Wyatt is getting to be such a big boy. He has discovered his hands and sucks on them all the time. He also hold his rings and keys and shakes them...sometimes to hard and they hit him. But he is tough...he never cries. I also caught him trying to roll over the other day. I think if I hadn't walked in...he would have.
We are also have nursing difficulties in the morning...nothing that I am going to complain too much about. When he wake up he is in sucha good mood. All he wants to do is smile and coo and me...so I have started nursing him with my head turned the other way because if I look at him he dies laughing. So cute...but so frustrating!!!
Maddie is also getting bigger by the day. She talks non stop from the moment she wakes up until about 1/2 an hour after we put her to bed. She says the craziest things. Yesterday after I picked them up, I saw one of Nick's cousings driving beside us. I ofcourse waved at her and Maddie asked, "Is she your girlfriend?" I told her she was my friend and she said, "Hi, mommy's girlfriend." With a little bit of attitude. Don't know where she got that from.
Here are some pics of maddie playing pat a cake with wyatt.

Sweet Siblings
So the McMillon family has been hit hard by the Flu. First Nick and I and now the kids. I took this picture this weekend. Maddie is so protective of her little brother and she knew he did not feel well. She kept sitting by him and holding his hand and wanted to hold him and she sang him some songs too. I love that my kids have each other...it is such a sweet blessing for them.

3 months old
Wyatt is now 3 months old. He has changed so much over the past few months. He has also been a sick little guy. I think we are past all of that now...thank goodness. He is such a happy baby. He laughs all the time and loves to hear his big sister talk to him. When we went to the doctor last week he weighed 14lbs. 7oz. He is such a joy and a blessing. Can't wait to see all the new things he will be doing in the months ahead.

Do you remember?
While I was pregnant with Maddie a friend of my parents told me to ask Maddie a question when she about 2-3 years old or as soon as she could talk pretty good. The question is, "Do you remember being in mommy's tummy and what was it like??" So yesterday I had to keep Maddie home due to a fever. Randomly she told me had a dream about colors and was trying to describe what the dream was about. For some reason I thought of that friend's advice and decided to ask Maddie. Without hesitation she said "Yes, I was waiting for you mommy." I got so choked up while she sat there smiling at me. To think the whole time I was patiently waiting for her she was waiting for me too. Such a sweet moment.
Can't wait to ask Wyatt now!!!

Back in the Saddle Again
Hey everyone. This is day 2 of being back at work. It was so hard coming back yesterday after being home for 2 1/2 months. I cried all afternoon Sunday, all day yesterday and then this morning was the worst. I just couldn't shake off being sad. This afternoon has been a little better. Nick sent me a picture that made me feel better. He has been wrapping Wyatt up in my t-shirt to make him feel more secure. In the picture that is what he is swaddled in. Hopefully the rest of the week will not be this hard.
