We were invited to a Bridal luncheon Saturday before the wedding. Maddie did so good and behaved like a young lady despite my fears. It was a wonderful lunch and so fun!

Nick's cousin, Josh, is getting married this weekend and he and his fiance, Amy, asked Maddie to be their flower girl. So tonight was the Dress Rehearsal and she did fantastic! I will post pictures tomorrow of the BIG day...stay tuned!

Josh and Amy gave Maddie A LOT of presents but this definitely is her favorite...now she can dress up like a baker any time. We met up with some good friends tonight at the pool. Webb, Kristi and Carson and then some new pool members The Ellison's (Tate, Abbye, Truett and Liam) Such good company and lots of fun!

This morning Maddie went to her friend Lily's 4th B-day party. It was a Princess Tea Party...right up Maddie's alley!! It was so cute to see all of the little girls in their princess dresses. Maddie had a blast and wanted to spend the rest of the day in her dress...until she had trouble sleeping in it of course and then off it came.

As most of you know, our dog Ali, passed away a few weeks ago. Maddie has been very upset and so the hunt has been on to find a new puppy. We had a nice surprise yesterday when Aunt Kristi said a lady at Curves was giving away a Chi-Wienie. Nick and I went to look at him and fell in love instantly. Maddie has named him "Hunter", and he is just adorable! See for yourself....
We had a wonderful weekend...my parents came in town Friday night and we all headed out to Maddie's T-ball game Saturday morning. Then Saturday night, Nick threw me a surprise party with our families and our life group...and I really was surprised! Sunday we all went to church and then to a nice lunch at Abuelo's. We spent Sunday night at the pool with our Life Group to finish up our weekend.
