Sutton's First Birthday

My cousin Amy's daughter, Sutton, turned 1 last week. We headed over to their home on Saturday to help celebrate. She is the sweetest baby and we enjoyed getting to see some family and enjoy a nice egg hunt.

School Easter Egg Hunt

I went to Maddie's Easter egg hunt at school last week. It was such a pretty day and I enjoyed watching her play with her friends. They were giving each other their eggs...so sweet!

Birthday Party

We celebrated our sweet friend Noah's birthday this past weekend. His mom, Kathy, throws the most amazing birthday parties and this year was no different. The theme was "construction" and she turned her backyard into a little boy's dream come true.

Field Trip

I was able to go on a field trip with Maddie this past week. One of the great things about Maddie going to my school is that is makes it really easy to slip away to go on little trips with her. We went to Ft. Imagination this week and had a blast running around and Maddie enjoyed pulling me around the whole park.

The perfect afternoon at the zoo....

the weather was perfect yesterday, so when the kids woke up from their naps we headed out to the zoo!

He was good with looking and touching the skeleton of a jaguar...oh up until the girl holding it started making it look like it was opening it's mouth and then GAME OVER!

So what do you do when it is raining on your Spring Break??? You get together with some of your best girl friends and their kiddos and you find a place inside to let them run around. That is just what we did today. We took the kids to the Grace and let them get some energy out. They had a blast and it was really nice to get to visit with friends.

This was Wyatt's favorite place...the ambulance!

He didn't care at all that it was filled with BIG kids!

" See!" He was very insistent that the bigger kids listen to him..don't think he has a shy bone in him.
