Sesame Street LIVE!!!

We took Maddie to see Sesame Street Live today. She had a blast and was mezmerized the entire time. We have been talking about this for weeks now...she was so excited she woke up at 4:30am this morning and we had to put her back to bed kicking and screaming. Enjoy!

We bought Maddie this little singing troll at Lowe's about a month or so ago. She has made up a little dance to go along with the music. Enjoy! Oh and at the beginning she says, "Hit it dad!"

Poor Little Guy

Didn't Wyatt look all happy in the pictures of his first tooth? Well this picture should make you want to cry. This is the sweet face I have been looking at since 8:30last night when Wyatt awoke from his deep sleep and began screaming because he was in so much pain from his second (and maybe 3rd and 4th) tooth that is trying to come in. I have never seen a baby so unable to calm himself down or put himself to sleep. He slept maybe 5 hours last night and only an hour and a half today. (normal is 12 hours at night and 4 hours during the day)We have had him on tylenol every 4 hours and orajel all night and day and decided late this afternoon to give him ibuprofen. (Thanks Grandma!) He fell asleep at 5:30 and so far...so good. Please pray this little guy is able to rest tonight. It breaks my heart to see him like this.

**Update: We took Wyatt to the doctor today (Wednesday the 17th), wyatt has a throat infection and fluid in his ears. Good to know it wasn't just teething, he is on medicine and has slept the whole afternoon.

Yo...I got a tooth!

My sweet Wyatt finally got his FIRST tooth. I know...seems rather late...I actually was going to request x-rays at his next dr. appt to make sure he had any under there. Thankfully he proved that he does and he is already working on his second one. Yippeee!!! Despite being a little cranky it hasn't been that bad of an experience...of course we have been anticipating this event for a long time now.Bring on the Steak!!

Wonderful Weekend

Hey everyone. We had such a great weekend. My parents and brother drove in to see us Saturday morning and stayed until yesterday afternoon. We celebrated my dad's birthday and enjoyed catching up with my brother. Here are some pics from our weekend.
